The Diabetic Support Program has been family owned and operated for over 20 years. We endeavor to continually present our patients with the most innovative and precise technology in a cost effective manner. We feel that it is not only our duty as a company, but also our responsibility to create an environment where patients with diabetes can have assistance and reassurance for their individual needs.

At the Diabetic Support Program, the patient is above all our foremost priority; we have designed our program so that each and every single person receives the time and consideration that they deserve. We offer a Personal Patient Advocate (PPA) team specifically educated to manage any and all patient queries, and alleviate any individual reservations that the patient may have. Our PPA’s welcome the opportunity to assist in any way they can, and often times are delighted to go above and beyond the call of duty, if only to brighten the day of one of our patients.

We painstakingly manage and research every detail of the products we offer, and the services we provide to ensure that we only deliver the best and highest quality advantages to our patients. As it stands we have and will continue to maintain a standard of quality personal care.
