Getting to Know You, Getting to Know All About You…

We want to get to know you better, so we are starting a new fun way to see what our fellow Advocate users are up to. Every issue of our newsletter we will have a theme for you to become a part of. The theme for this issue is “Summer Sun and Fun.” We encourage you to get creative, get dressed up, go somewhere fun, do something spontaneous and capture it on photo. Feel free to include your pets, friends, family and even get your grandchildren involved. For example, during May, June and July head out to the beach, plan a trip, or just take a relaxing walk. After you capture your favorite moment, there are 3 ways for you to submit it to us:

1. Go to “Our Advocate Family” on Facebook and post it to our page.

2 Email it directly to costumerservice@diabeticsupply.com.

3 Simply mail it back with your signed AOB in the return addressed envelope in your shipment.

We will then review the submitted images and judge them based on how theme related they are. The Advocate user’s photo that identifies with the theme in a fun way will be posted in the next newsletter as the winner!

The Sterling Club Program is maintained by a team of leading professionals in the discipline of comprehensive diabetes assistance, allowing for the patients to have full access to a top certified nutritionist, a diabetes educator, a licensed pharmacist, and a team of Personal Patient Advocates (PPA) proficient in assisting with each patients individual needs and able to deliver continuous exemplary service in diabetic education. Membership into the program is available to all Diabetic Support Program patients, and was instituted as a means of giving back to the patients; to demonstrate the appreciation and the utmost respect that DSP has and will continue to display to each and all of its patients for years to come.

The Diabetic Support Program (DSP) has been family owned and operated for over 20 years. It has been the goal of DSP to provide the highest quality of home healthcare equipment supplies and services in a cost effective manner.
