Diabetic Support Program takes pride with respect to customer service. It is our philosophy to take the patient’s wishes and needs and use them as the basis of our business practices and beliefs.

As a family owned and operated diabetes supplier, we firmly believe that accommodating each and every patient’s needs is fundamental to our success. We hold every individual in the highest regard and expect nothing less from our Personal Patient Advocate (PPA), and technical support teams. We train each of our team members on the importance of individual patient support and courtesy.

We provide two separate departments for patient care. Our technical support department consists of a group of highly qualified individuals who are able to advise patients on the operations of their Advocate blood glucose monitoring systems. Technical support representatives are able to perform diagnostic tests on meters over the phone, as well as lead patients through step-by-step procedures on how to operate their blood glucose meters properly.

The Personal Patient Advocate team is Diabetic Support Program’s innovation in individual patient care. It is our goal with the PPA program to provide each and every patient with a sense of security and personal attention.
