The Diabetic Support Program deems itself a premier establishment in respect to customer service. It is our philosophy to take the patient’s wishes and necessities and employ them as the keystone of our business practices and beliefs.

As a family owned and operated diabetes supplier, we firmly believe that accommodating each and every patients needs is fundamental to our success. We hold every individual in the highest regard and expect nothing less from our Personal Patient Advocate (PPA), and Technical Support teams. Subsequently we train, and advise each of our team members on the importance of individual patient support and courtesy.

As a program we provide two separate departments for patient care. Our Technical Support department consists of a group of highly qualified individuals who are able to advise patients on the inner workings of their Advocate blood glucose monitoring systems. Technical Support representatives are able to administer diagnostic tests on meters over the phone, as well as lead patients through step-by-step procedures on how to operate their blood glucose meters effectively.

The Personal Patient Advocate team is the Diabetic Support Program’s preeminent innovation in individual patient provision and care. It is our essential goal with the PPA program to provide each and every patient with a sense of security and ultimate consideration.
