• Run or Double Click the InstallShield driver setup program “vista-driver.exe”
• Click ‘Next’ to continue and start installation
• When InstallWizard informs you the download is complete, click ‘finish’
• Download is now complete, plug USB into computer
• Computer will recognize the device
• Before Windows installs this, it may prompt you the device driver has not yet pass “Windows XP Logo compatibility.” Click ‘Continue Anyway’
• Computer will then complete the USB Cable installation
• Install management software (2)

Original USB Cable:

FIle Name: Original-Driver

• Click on link above
• An automated InstallShield will start and download driver software
• After install is complete, plug USB into computer
• Install management software (2)

2. Download Advocate Health Care Management System Software

Management Software:

FIle Name: Health-Care-Mgt-Sys

• Click on link above
• An automated InstallShield will start and download driver software
• Follow the download instruction prompts to create software folder that will contain the software (put in a place you will remember)
• Installation is complete
• Go to newly created folder and double click on the Setup file and follow instructions for completing the software installation
